Crow Park Workshop: Creative Writing

This free event will take place remotely via Zoom. Limited numbers, booking essential.
Please
email Rebecca for more information and to book a place.

Join artist Rebecca Beinart and writer Wallace Heim for a creative writing workshop exploring Crow Park. We will begin the workshop with a series of objects selected by participants. Through a series of writing exercises we will explore the site from different perspectives, and play with the relationship between different objects, stories and inhabitants. Each participant will get the opportunity to create a short piece of writing and contribute to a collective set of actions or instructions that will feed into a future workshop. No previous experience necessary.

This is the first in a series of remote workshops taking place as part of an art project focussed on Crow Park, Keswick, as part of the Trust New Art Programme with the North Lakes National Trust. The workshop is open to anyone living in the area or who is familiar with Crow Park.

Pleasebook a place if you would like to attend, we will send out further information and about the workshop and the Zoom link to everyone who signs up a few days beforehand.
